senior curriculum consultant

ROLE PURPOSE

To co-ordinate the structure of the operations of OADO UK; assistance with the curriculum planning of OADO online courses & the ARInstitute.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Time, resources, management / risk management research and development of the curriculum / project. Mapping, constructing, monitoring variables, expanding productivity and efficiency whilst reporting and implementation occurs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge and experience in consultation, overseeing multiple systems and procedures within education and organisations. Articulate and excellent communications, conflict & resolutions strategist.

Experienced Communications Project Manager

ROLE PURPOSE

To develop, implement systems for interdepartmental procedures; ‘CRM’ customer relations management tools for OADO staffing, cases and project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure teams and members have essential information and tools to complete tasks; manage /monitor email and reporting tools, assist with resolving communication breakdowns and IT technical support.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge and experience of developing strategic systems within companies and corporations. Writing and presentation skills, systems analysts, strategic planning consultancy, knowledge of communication systems.

IT Digital Technician

ROLE PURPOSE

To manage and develop all digital and technical systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Development and proposals for all digital and technical systems.

Financial Manager/Bookkeeper

ROLE PURPOSE

To provide financial recording and bookkeeping services for OADO UK; including departments and related entities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To record and maintain ledger books of the financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices and payments.

Fundraising Manager

ROLE PURPOSE

To provide the Organisation with regular funding streams including donations and sponsorships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Specialist in writing fundraising applications, bids and sponsorship. Regular development and implementation of fundraising ideas.

Legal Administrator/Researcher

ROLE PURPOSE

To provide legal administrative support and desk research to support client case work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide legal drafts; transcribing and proofreading of legal documentation. General legal administrative and desk research to support the OADO legal department staff members.

Human Resources Administration Manager

ROLE PURPOSE

Management and administrative assistance to the HR Director with the development of the HR department. To ensure HR department supports members and volunteers with compliance to the Organisation’s policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure all the Organisation’s HR administrative tasks are performed correctly and on time. All aspects of HR, including recruitment, members benefits and training. Administrative support in office management, facilities management and policy development.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 3 year’s experience in HR; 3 year’s experience in a supervisory role. Expert business and organisational planning ability; being highly organised and efficient. Vast experience in team leadership.

Human Resources Voluntary Staff Manager

ROLE PURPOSE

To provide administrative and human resources support with the management of Voluntary Staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To support the administration and management of the recruitment process of voluntary staff; onboarding, orientation, induction and training.

Administrative Assistant Business & Operations

ROLE PURPOSE

Administrative assistance and support to the Business & Operations Director and senior staff with the development of the Department and Organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide administrative support in office management, facilities management and policy development.

Social Media Assistant

ROLE PURPOSE

To contribute to the development and implementation of social media promotional outlets for the AR Institute and OADO UK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage all of the Organisation’s social media channels, web presence; focusing on driving engagement, user interaction and promoting the work of the Organisation and departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educated to NVQ level III in a related subject (Marketing or Communications) or be able to demonstrate an equivalent competency level gained through experience.

Media Researcher

ROLE PURPOSE

To research media articles, national and international news relating to human rights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To conduct the essential groundwork and to undertake the research required to obtain regular news and views on human right events happening nationally and internationally. To participate as a team member to help to come up with ideas and topics for new shows and making an on-going contribution to programmes and assist with the recording.

QUALIFICATIONS

Having experience in a directly relevant subject, such as broadcasting or journalism, may provide an advantage, but is not essential. Knowledge and experience of collating news articles.

Media Presenters x 3

ROLE PURPOSE

To present ongoing news for the purpose of media broadcasts. To introduce, host (or co-host) programmes for Monitorul Media, create links between items, introduce and interview guests and interact with the audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To participate as a team member to help to create ideas for topics and new shows, contributing to TV, radio or online programmes. To deliver a variety of programmes, including news bulletins, interviews and talkback programmes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Presentation skills; delivering effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences. These skills include: structure of presentation, the design of your slides, the tone of your voice and the body language you convey.

Media Script Writer for Presenters

ROLE PURPOSE

To write scripts based on national and international news relating to human rights. To create ideas and bring stories to life in scripts written for the presenters of Monitorul Media.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To write the scripts required for presentation on the regular news and views on human rights events happening nationally and internationally. Writing and rewriting scripts if necessary. Researching background material and creating with themes and ideas. Preparing short summaries of your ideas.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in script writing; excellent writing skills. Observational creativity and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and experience in collating news articles.

Film & Production Manager

ROLE PURPOSE

To lead media team in the creation of ideas for news and programmes related to human rights. To produce and film all media productions including news and programmes for Monitorul Media.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Production of news and programmes related to human rights. Researching background material and creating with different themes and ideas. Preparing short summaries of your ideas.

QUALIFICATIONS

Expert understanding (5 -10 years + experience) of the production processes for different types of media content, including educational documentaries covering socio-political issues and documentaries.

Press & Public Relations Officer

ROLE PURPOSE

Press & PR officer to promote a professional and positive image of OADO UK; departments and affiliate partnerships. Through the delivery of a range of communications and PR activities including media, investor relations and events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with the Communications team and Monitorul Media team, to contribute to the development and delivery of external communications plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience ideally. A relevant professional qualification in PR, media, communications, marketing or equivalent. Specialist knowledge of humanitarian subjects and related socio-political matters is desirable.

Retail Manager

ROLE PURPOSE

To manage the OADO merchandise retail and wholesale purchases and sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Package and label uniform and clothes supplies by size, colour and style. Monitor, manage and produce regular stock reports; daily, weekly, monthly and provide an annual report.

ROLE PURPOSE

To provide remote administrative support & reception service for premises and events.

ROLE PURPOSE

Design and conduct physical training courses for Members and volunteers.

Security Officers

ROLE PURPOSE

To provide security on call at OADO premises and events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Security service team for outreach programmes; OADO locations and events.

Medical & Protocol Advisor

ROLE PURPOSE

To provide medical & protocol consultancy service; emergency protocol research and private counselling service to members and volunteers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Specialist advisory service and expertise in medical treatments, alternative medical requirements and responses to social and/or viral outbreaks. Lead advisor on civic protocol and emergency protocol procedures. To collate and produce a manual covering all aspects of medical treatments and protocol procedures for distribution to members and volunteers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge and expertise in alternative medicine, treatments and healthcare; providing a public advisory service on medical research and public safety advice.

Database Manager

ROLE PURPOSE

To manage the complete process of all database management; across each department and entity. GDPR risk management and control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide a complete service of database management; to ensure the organisation, departments and affiliates are in full compliance with all GDPR and data protection rules and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

BSc Information Science /Computer Science desirable: Certification in GDPR compliance. Knowledge and experience of national and international database management regulations and compliance. Managing and working with databases in different formats. Confidence in handling large datasets.
